Planned entry requirements
Applications must be supported by evidence. Completing one course alone does not automatically establish the full credential.

Conduct and renewal
The credential must remain current and accurately represented.
Credential holders will be expected to follow the Code of Conduct, complete continuing education, report material changes and avoid claims beyond the credential’s published scope.

RSM describes its own education-based credential only. Candidates and employers must verify licensing, trade, engineering, permit and municipal requirements through the applicable official authority.

Is this credential a government licence?
No. It is an RSM education-based credential and does not replace trade licensing, professional licensing, permits, municipal approval or employer authorization.
Are the requirements and fee final?
The $1,250 fee and published requirements are the planned 2026 launch framework. RSM will confirm final terms before accepting payment.
Can prior learning or experience be considered?
RSM plans to allow documented equivalent learning or experience where the evidence can be reviewed consistently against the published competency framework.
How long will the credential remain current?
The planned credential term is 2 years. Renewal will require conduct compliance, continuing education and any evidence specified in the final renewal policy.
