Eligible residential properties served by Halton wastewater services, subject to the measure-specific requirements.
Halton’s regional programme serves Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville. Local permit administration and regional subsidy administration are related but distinct responsibilities.

Does RSM approve this rebate?
No. The municipality or region administers the programme and determines eligibility.
Should work begin before approval?
Not unless the current official programme clearly permits it. Many programmes require pre-approval, permits or pre-work inspection.
Does the maximum amount mean every applicant receives that amount?
No. Payment depends on eligible costs, measure limits, inspections, available funding and the authority’s decision.
Does rebate eligibility prove the proposed system is technically suitable?
No. Funding eligibility and property-specific technical suitability are separate questions.
