Who may qualify
Individual registered owners of eligible detached, semi-detached, duplex or townhouse properties, subject to the current City criteria.
Mississauga’s programme architecture separates plumbing and drainage prevention from water-resilient building improvements. Residents may also need to review Region of Peel’s separate sanitary backwater-valve programme.

Apply for pre-approval before installation and use qualified contractors. Condominium communities require consultation with City staff.
