Who may qualify
Owners of eligible single-family, duplex, triplex or fourplex residential properties, subject to the City’s current requirements.
Toronto combines municipal sewer and stormwater investment with property-level prevention. The local page separates municipal infrastructure responsibilities from private-property decisions and does not promise that one measure will prevent every type of flooding.
