Relevant proposals may address urban flooding, building resilience, stormwater operations, monitoring, municipal programmes, workforce capability, maintenance, public communication or recovery. A proposal should identify why RSM participation adds value beyond publicity.
Evidence and context
Submission is not approval
RSM must review fit, competence, capacity, conflicts, legal terms, data governance and publication independence before agreeing to participate. No project, sponsor, dataset or product is approved merely because the form is submitted.
